You can invest in a combination of any of the LifePlan fund range, subject to a maximum of 5 at any time. The funds available give access to:

• Cash
• Fixed interest (via global and specialist Asian and US bonds)
• Global equities
• Global managed

To support the chosen protection benefits throughout the lifetime of the policy, it's vitally important you are aware of the risk profile of the funds you choose to invest into.

The investment performance of each individual LifePlan plays an important role in ensuring benefits can be sustained for life. If the investment return is less than expected or the chosen investment funds suffer large drops in value then the policy value may become insufficient to pay for the benefits.
