Customer Services
The Customer Services Centre (CSC) is responsible for answering the majority of telephone calls received by the Company.
Our telephone lines are open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm (UK time), and our dedicated team of experienced staff will be happy to help you with any queries you have about your policy or our services.
Outside of normal working hours, messages can be left on our answering machine; alternatively you can send us an e-mail.
